"Entry Point Not Found" error displays right after installation. Disconcerting for new users.

A JPEG of the error message that appears.
I assume that this is an XPCOM error based on what the dialog's content is. I'll
include a JPEG image of the error message. The error has occured on two machines
right after the installation of build 2002050108 [from the win32 sea file]. The
browser immediately is started right after the error dialog appears and
everything seems to work fine. However, I could see this as being rather
disconcerting for new mozilla users though. On both test machines, the new build
was being installed over an old one.
