1416445 - Resource path link in translation view should include the string ID

In the translation view, there is a Resource path link below the English string. It leads to the file the string is, but it does not preserve the string ID. when translation in the all-resources mode, this would be a nice way to quickly open the string in the file to see the surrounding strings. E.g. for https://pontoon.mozilla.org/cs/firefox/all-resources/?string=74127 the link would be https://pontoon.mozilla.org/cs/firefox/browser/branding/official/brand.dtd/?string=74127.

Yeah. Effectively, this is the same as bug 1370173.
