1416705 - JAWS: Rename label into "Incompatible JAWS Screen Reader"

Nick raised this concern over email, which also confused us last week:
> #684 and #683 have "JAWS Screen Reader Compatibility: Yes" and point to 56.0.2. Should that be No instead of Yes?

At the time of build 1, we did set it to "No", which led my younger self to say, last Tuesday on #releaseduty (UTC):

Hence, we should change the label from "JAWS Screen Reader Compatibility" to something like "Incompatible JAWS Screen Reader"
