Details
If you drag a bookmark on to the personal toolbar and happen to pass over a
folder the folder will open, even if you add the bookmark to the toolbar base.
This behavior has been consistant with several builds and will leave all folders
open if you drag over them.

I see this, but isn't it part of the existing bug concerning folders not
snapping back until they're clicked on a second time? (I haven't time to search
for the bug #, sorry)
