141698 - "always ask before opening" setting not persistent

I click on an application/postscript file.
The "downloading" dialog comes up.
I un-check "always ask before opening".
For the rest of the session, it launches my postscript viewer
   without asking me first.
If I quit Mozilla and re-start, it asks me again.

So it doesn't seem to be saving the value of that checkbox.  It should.

(Maybe this is a dup of bug 88330, but I'm not sure.)

Linux Mozilla 0.9.9.

This is basically the problem from bug 93173.
