Steps to reproduce:
1. Load URL http://www.w3.org/2002/Talks/1904-Daejeon-IH/Titleslide.svgz
2. Mozilla crashes

This build has no Talkback feature, so I can't post Talkback ID.
And, Talkback-enabled nightlies (which do not feature SVG AFAIK) do not crash on
URL.
I think this is dupe of bug 141252, same MIME type, extension varies a bit
'.svgz' instead of '.svg'.
