peterbe informed me that there are email notifications in Balrog but I don't get any when sign off is required from me, and I'm not sure anyone from relman/QA gets them either. Was wondering if the system does indeed send out these notifications and if so, what needs to happen to ensure that I/relman/QA get them.
I think I misread this bug at first -- the e-mail list doesn't really do exactly what you want, it just reports when new rows are inserted.
