1417603 - Capture images on integration branches to ensure they don't break (but don't upload them)

Once we have screenshot jobs failing due to exceptions being thrown, we should capture images on integration branches to be able to detect bustage upon landing. I'm not yet sure if we want to actually store the images yet since that will increase the storage significantly.

Running on integration branches is a requirement for Tier 1: https://wiki.mozilla.org/Sheriffing/Job_Visibility_Policy#Runs_on_mozilla-central_and_all_trees_that_merge_into_it
