Hello,
Since Firefox 55, some of the flash blocking ability has been built into Firefox. Please see the FAQ for details on how that looks now in Firefox. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/frequently-asked-questions-firefox-addon#w_what-happened-to-my-flash-related-add-on
If you have other add-ons that are missing after upgrading please see the help guide. It has information on common changes and how to find replacements.

The built-in click-to-activate is not a replacement for Flashblock for me, because click-to-activate only works on a per-site granularity, whereas Flashblock allows activating some Flash elements on a page while leaving others as placeholders, which is what I want.
(I did investigate click-to-activate when it first arrived, but stayed with Flashblock for this reason.)
