Nightly 2017-11-15 produces the attached screenshot. The only addon I have installed is "Laboratory", by [:april].

Did you set layout.css.servo.chrome.enabled to true in about:config?

I believe this is a duplicate of bug 1417220, but the date seems to be pretty close, and comment 2 should happen after the fix lands, so I'm not 100% sure.
Richard, could you confirm that this has been fixed? If so, please just dupe this to bug 1417220.

The option has since been removed from my Nightly, but I'm fine with the dupe to 1417220 since that's equivalent.
