Need to add tests for the new default search engine code frmo bug 1397975. From aswan: Tests of the existing prompts are in browser/base/content/test/webextensions, you can probably get a good start by looking there.

Since bug 1412291 got duped to this, lets not forget: this should include a test to verify that sideloaded extensions cannot set the default engine. This currently works, but more by accident than by design, lets make sure we don't accidentally change that behavior.
