Implement positioning the IME candidate window. the IME candidate window should be positioned slightly to the right and below the active input region when doing inline editing. The candidate window needs to be placed close to the inline run, so that the user can easily see it without having to look at a different part of the screen. This works in Windows. Tested 9-16 Mac build.
