User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Edge/15.15063 Steps to reproduce: downloaded latest version as suggested by firefox. did not help. Actual results: downloaded a 1k file. non playable. Expected results: downloaded the video.
Hi Since the video download helper extension is a third party product you should get in touch with their support team directly: https://www.downloadhelper.net/q_and_a_firefox Please provide some more details to them, e.g. a link to the affected website or file. Otherwise it's impossible to find the cause of this issue. However, I'm liking this to bug 1310316.
