Details

Bug 1383337 added the ability to customize and hide portions of the home-screen. I would like the ability to hide the Highlights portion of the home-screen as I have yet to personally find any use for it. I would like to tailor the home-screen for my liking by slimming it down.
Apparently a restart of the browser is required for 'visited' which is not what I expected. We should prompt the user to restart otherwise they will not see their changes take affect on next tab open.
