i would like to open sidebar search bookmarks in a new tab 
with (consistent) middle click

(i didn't find report in BugZilla, maybe it's already there
or it's releted to similar topic with sidebar bookmark)
Resolving as dup of bug 135708, which also mentions search.

There's general bug 70501 about this:
"middle mouse button should work more consistently. (also ctrl+click)"
