Steps to reproduce:

Installing the add on bitwarden works fine, and adds a menu entry "bitwarden" to the Firefox menu on Android.

Actual results:

However, after some time, this menu entry always disappears. The only way to bring it back is to restart Firefox. 


Expected results:

The menu entry should always be visible. See also: https://github.com/bitwarden/browser/issues/386
