Tables in the forums at www.cliesource.com always display larger than
the screen and show a horizontal scroll bar.  The tables are set to 100% and do
show properly when they are re-displayed via a back or forward browse (refresh
does not display the page properly).  This does seem to vary from machine to
machine (with clearn installs of the 2002041711 build).  Three (1 at work and 2
at home) diplay correctly, while others (1 other at work and 1 at home) do not.
  All the the machines are Windows 2000 Pro with latest services packs.


Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. visit www.cliesource.com
2. enter any of the forums (topic lists show problem)
3. enter any topic (topic threads show problem)
4. navigate back to topic list and it now displays in a single window without a
horizontal scroll bar.
5. forward navigate back to last thread and it now diplays correctly

Actual Results:  see above

Expected Results:  Displayed the topic lists and threads with a single width
layout (no horizontal scrollbar).
