When you have more than one tab and have both secure and unsecure pages loaded,
the pad lock icon (bottom right) does not change when you change tabs. The
padlock should display the correct status for the visible page.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open unsecure page
2. Open new tab (Control-T)
3. Load secure page in new tab and note the padlock icon is "unlocked"
Actual Results: Pad lock does not change when changing tabs.
Expected Results: Pad lock should display correct status for the visible tab.

Duplicate of "lock icon only works for the first tab". This has been fixed
