141943 - Mousing over different menus will not change hovered menu

Status: VERIFIED DUPLICATE of bug 140767

Description

Steps to reproduce:
  1. Click the File menu
  2. Move the mouse over the Edit menu.

Expected:
  The File menu disappears, the Edit menu appears.

Actual:
  Nothing happens.

BenB pointed this out to me while testing a Beonex release.  I've narrowed it
down to the checkin for bug 129591.  Backing out that patch fixes this, so I'm
assigning to you, blizzard.  I am sorry for not catching this earlier.  I had
the patch in my tree before taking active QA and didn't realize that this was
caused by your patch, there.  :-(

This is a major problem for the Beonex release :-( , adding dep.
