Some jittests are failing with the same error no.

The jit tests are intermittently failing. Some xpcshell tests are intermittently failing. Chunks X7 and X8 are consistently failing.

This reduces the rate of XPCShell intermittent failures: https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=e31a20c2c880d09d488d3addb9edb7653b42518e&filter-tier=3&filter-tier=1&filter-tier=2. I could reproduce some of the intermittent failures locally and, with this patch, I can't reproduce them anymore.
There are still some intermittent failures (more rare), but they have a different cause.
There are still some tests that are failing in the seventh and eight chunk, but they are unrelated (and not intermittent) failures (there are already bugs on file for those failures, bug and 1417497 bug 1420947).

I filed bug 1421692 for the remaining intermittent failures.

I used the wrong bug number (bug 1401230) in the commit message, but at least it's not completely wrong.
