With stylo-chrome enabled, browser_aboutURLs.js would become a permafailure on Linux and Windows. I haven't managed to reproduce this failure locally...

I guess I'll just disable this test on failing platforms since I totally have no idea what happens here and I cannot reproduce this either...

I also can't reproduce this locally. It seems it always happens with about:downloads specifically, so perhaps we can just skip that URL. https://treeherder.mozilla.org/#/jobs?repo=try&revision=3744d3cdffab6acfba92c6518df0b4ebfcd709c5&group_state=expanded
