Steps to reproduce:
0. Open Firefox 57
1. Open web console
2. Do PATCH request
3. Expand request in web console
Actual results:
I see no tab "POST", and tab "Parameters" is empty
Expected results:
I should see a tab that contains the request body. Either new tab "POST" or "parameters" tab shows the request body.
It worked in Firefox 56.

Hello Artem, thanks for the report.
I think this is similar to Bug 1403927 because I can see the parameters in Nightly on a PATCH request.
It should be fixed in 58, so if you can try Beta/DevEdition it should work there.
