Steps to reproduce:
No matter when I unselect the box always returns to this setting in MAC OS 10.9.5(Maverircks) and SeaMonkey 2.49.1. While another computer I have running Snow Leopard and SeaMonkey 2.40 when I unselect stays unselected.
