Test verification of browser_aboutHealthReport.js was triggered by the backout of bug 1352497. That test was removed by bug 1352497, so there was no verification when that bug originally landed -- the test may have already been failing verification. Probably best not to take any action here and wait for bug 1352497 to re-land and remove this test again.
Fixed by removing the test now that bug 1352497 has re-landed.
