1421169 - Extensions opened via the "More Tools…" menu, inherit the same narrow width as the menu

Steps to reproduce:

* Add "Download Star" (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/download-star/?src=api) to the "More tools…" menu.
* Open "Download Star" from the "More tools…" menu.




Actual results:

The "More tools…" window changed in height and showed the "Download Star" content, the width remained at its original (narrow) width making the extension unusable.

Note: this appears to affect any extension that needs a window wider than used by "More tools…".


Expected results:

The "More tools…" window should change in width and height when an extension is selected from the menu.

Note: this issue does not occur if the extension is placed as a icon/button besides the url (and search) text fields.
