The default start page should be
http://www.mozilla.org/projects/seamonkey/release-notes/M11.html, rather than
http://www.mozilla.org/.

sorry, brian. yeah, this needs to change before M11 goes out, at least for
release.

(the nightlies should also eventually point at the last milestone's release
notes)
