User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:57.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/57.0
Build ID: 20171115002005
Steps to reproduce:
Visiting a site—such as vimeo—making use of the “font-size” and “letter-spacing” CSS properties with Firefox 57 or Nightly on Linux (Debian testing here, but also occurs on other distributions).
A sample page exhibiting this issue is https://sitedethib.com/files/wtffirefox.html
Actual results:
Kerning is inconsistent, with occasional significant spacing between two consecutive “e” letters of a single word, as in the attached screenshot.
Expected results:
Kerning should be consistent, as in other browsers.
