Mail window moves to background after printing a mail msg

Reproduced on another system

Setup:  You have another application opened on your desktop
1.  Start Mail
2.  Select a message to display in the 3pane mail window or open the message to
the standalone message window.
3.  File | Print or the Print toolbar button
4.  After the print progress dlg goes away, your mail window will go to the
background and the other application that is on the desktop gains the focus.

This is pretty visible and annoying even though there is the workaround to bring
the mail window back to the front.

Confirm that this occurs in Mozilla 1.0RC2 in Windows 98SE on at least three 
machines tested.

This bug did not ever occur for me in 1.0RC1, 0.9.9, 0.9.8 or 0.9.7.
