If I use search messages (advanced) and find the attached message in the
results, if I open it via Open Message Folder I either crash or the message
doesn't load. This same message can be displayed in the message folder or opened
to a standalone window.  This was a message in my Local Folders.  Note:  I have
not noticed this general problem on samplings of other messages opened-to-folder
from search results pane.

Steps:
1.  Attached message is in a local folder.
2.  Use Search Messages (advanced search) to search that local folder to match
the message -- subject contains book.
3.  Select the message in the results pane and click Open Message Folder. 

Result:  The message will not load in the second folder window if it was not
loaded in the initial folder view, or it will crash if it was loaded in the
initial folder view.

sHTMLSelectElement::SetOptionsSelectedByIndex doesn't appear for any crash of thunderbird v2 builds
