Steps to reproduce:

In the debugger:
I looked at a variable in the Variables pane, a drop down. And then I opened a popup in the code panel by hovering over a variable name.


Actual results:

When the popup opens, the debugger flickers and is in some way reset. And the drop down in the variables pane is closed. So if I want to see the info I had opened, I have to open it all over again. 
And this happens when a popup is opened because a hover, so just drawing and leaving the mouse on the code panel changes what you view in the variables-panel.
So you have to be careful not to leave the mouse in the wrong spot, because if you do, you have to start all over when drilling down in the data. 


Expected results:

A hover and subsequent opening of a infopanel in the code panel should not influence how other panels behave. And that flickering that I have mentioned in a lot of bugreports now is always a nuisance.
