Steps to reproduce:

I was in the middle of a long page which have a fixed header/navigation toolbar (and also the Symfony toolbar for developpers), and took a screenshot  with the new screencapture tool of Quantum. I also took a screenshot with the developper tools (F12).
Problem is the same on other sites with fixed header when we scroll to the bottom of a long page and take a screenshot.


Actual results:

With the Quantum tool, the fixed header (position : fixed in css) and the Symfony toolbar aren't at their places (top and bottom of the long page)
With the developper tool, it's ok for the fixed header, but not for the Symfony toolbar


Expected results:

The green header have to stay to the top of the page, and the symfony toolbar have to be at the bottom (but it's less important, because we can hide it for screenshots)
