Consider to add some comments or rename some variables in nsTableFrame::CalcBCBorders. Particularly the usage of|lastBEndBorders|, |lastBStartBorder|, |lastBEndBorder|, |lastBlockDirBorders| are hard to know what they are using for in nsTableFrame::CalcBCBorders.
