Based on bug 1402064, we'd like to remove the lookup of APIs on AMO if we can. What's listed in about:addons (or whatever new interface we have) should be based on what's in the manifest.json of the extension.
It turns out about 20% of contributions to developers come from about:addons, so let's add in that URL into manifest.json. AMO can then read it as well to make the contribution link on AMO.
There isn't any area in the spec for this currently, so perhaps we'd want to consider a specific names space for this in case we want to add more metadata specific to AMO and the addons manager.
