I don't see anything wrong in the test's output and it's not clear to me why the test fails (similar bugs are 1422996 and 1422555). Looks like the testing framework decided to kill xpcshell, but I have no idea why. Bob, can you help me to understand the failures?

I'm not that familiar with the emulator based tests, but this does look similar to some other failures that gbrown has been investigating. gbrown?

I didn't realize this was being reported anywhere but bug 1410723. I am almost certain that when we see "cannot copy tree", the failures are not related to any test. Apologies for the confusion. I hope to get this resolved this week.
