Details

1. Load this bug report into apprunner.
2. Resize window width until the horizontal scrollbar is visible.
3. Resize window height so that a combobox menu will display
   over the scrollbar when it's activated.
4. Activate the combobox.

The intersection between the combobox menu and the scrollbar isn't
correctly rendered using 1999-09-17-13-M11 on Windows 98 SE.
