When clicking on the "minimize" button in upper right of window in Mozilla, it
just reduces the size of the window. to get rid of the window one must close the
program.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Run Mozilla
2.Click on minimize button or right click on toolbar.
3.

Actual Results:  The Mozilla window just reduces in size.

Expected Results:  The window should minimize and not appear on the desktop.
