Build 1999091709M11: Win32/NT4

Overview: I"m doing Multiple Account testing so I have many profiles. Some
created through Migration and others creating using the New Account Wizard.
After creating about 23 profiles the Profile Manager crashes.

If this will take awhile to fix then can someone supply me with a workaround
because I can't continue testing.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Start using "apprunner -mail" so it lists all the profiles.
2. Select the New button and enter the name of the new profile and press the
Finish button.
3. I see a scroll bar trying to display and then the hour glass remains on
screen. The console states:
"Adding element 0: newimap2222
Adding element 1: newpop2000 (continues and the last element shown is)
Adding element 23: qatest32imapnews

Actual Results: At this point I am stuck and can't run apprunner at all.
Expected Results: I would like it to handle all my profiles.

This is not Install Wizard-changing to Profile Manager
Is there a limit to number of profiles a user can have?

There is an arbitrary limit set and that is 50. Maximum number of profiles one
can have is set to 50. 23 profiles should not be a problem.  The origin of the
problem could either be profile manager or the tree widget.

It will useful, if we can reproduce this stress situation.

I can reproduce this and the 24th profile seems to be the killer.  Once you try
to add profile 24 the system behaves as noted. No profiles are displayed in
profile manager, hourglass is hovering over ProfileManager window.  I captured
the console screen if you want to see it Bhuvan-behaving as noted below-adding
elements. It does not seem to want to add that 24th profile.

Do you actually need to have more than 23 profiles, or is the delete button not
working?

It is not essential that I have 23 profiles. I just had alot of profiles from
4.7 that were listed for migration. I also created many new accounts looking for
a difference in behavior. I logged the bug because it was a blocker for me.
Since then I've removed my registry file and have continued working.

Will update this bug again, after the cleanup checkins.

Checked in the code that maintains profiles using the new data structure.
I created 30 profiles without nay problems and I can go up to 100. The
limit in the app now is set to 100. Marking fixed.
