This is the inverse of bug 1394110. Say English uses a plural form, but Turkish doesn't need one for this particular string. It'd be nice to have a way to go to the simpler "just a string" UI. For Turk languages, it would be great if we could actually make that the default, because in most cases, the singular case doesn't divert from the plural case. See bug 1423131 for more of that story.
