+++ This bug was initially created as a clone of Bug #1422487 +++

In bug 1422487, we didn't find a good reviewer because the hook was case-sensitive.

It's good to show the reviewers in hg templates etc as case sensitive, but when checking for reviewers in hooks and patterns, that's probably way too strict.

We should have an api in mozautomation.commitparser for this, and convert the existing use-cases to it.
