If you want to print a web page and you choose print from the file menu, then
choose print properties and set the properties then print, all is well. However
then if you want to print a second page, choose print from the file menu but
because the properties have already been set just press print, mozilla crashes
and the print job doesnt get sent. 

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Display a web page
2.Click File
3.Click Print...
4.Click Properties
5.Set Paper Size to A4
6.Set Print Command to lpr -P<printer name>
7.Click OK
8.Click Print
9.Click File
10.Click Print...
11.Click Print

Actual Results:  Mozilla crashes

Expected Results:  Printed the webpage
