1424020 - browserAction popup arrow is at wrong side if popup width is dynamically changed

Steps to reproduce:

browserAction’s popup arrow is at wrong side (at the right instead of at the left) of its popup window if:

1. the button is at the left of the Firefox toolbar,

2. the window is maximized (so there is no space to the left of the button, and the popup opens to the right),

3. and the popup width is dynamically changed after some time e.g. via `setTimeout()`.

A workaround is setting a `min-width` CSS property for `BODY`. The exact minimal needed value is 16-17 pixels (`17px`) in some cases (as for the testcase extension in particular) and `32px` in other cases.

Popup arrow is the arrow/triangle that shows what button the popup is related to.

Looks like exact `min-width` value for the workaround to work depends on multiple things:

1. whether the Firefox window is maximized;

2. the distance between the `browserAction` button and left edge of the screen;

3. what toolbar style (Density) is used (Compact, Normal, Touch).

The values I mentioned were for the case when the “Compact” density is used and the `browserAction` button is the first/leftmost on the Firefox toolbar.
