142410 - Mozilla gets confused and thinks its stuck in print preview

I had ~15 tabs open to print. After printing the first few with Control-P, I
tried using the Print button. The print options dialog came up, I hit OK, and
then it told me "You cannot print while in print preview." Now it says that
every time I hit OK in the print dialog.

Tried openening and closing print preview (never even used it before that...);
tried opening new window; tried closing old window; tried offerings to giant
lizzard; did not help.

Ugh. Time to restart browser.

/me wishes bug 126802 were fixed.

I think this is a DUPlicate of bug 121620 ("Closing TABs causes leak of print
device context") ...

Yep, that would lead to exactly this problem.
