To reproduce:
Have multiple (at least 3) items in the download manager window which are all
finished. Select the first one with the mouse and hit the 'delete' key twice.

Actual results: The first item is deleted, the (previously) second item is now
the first, but is not selected.

Expected results: First two items in the list are deleted and the (previously)
third item is now the first item and is selected.

I checked this in on the trunk. This is a "nice-to-have" with a simple fix that
polishes up download manager to behave like bookmarks and history. Since it
contributes to the overall quality of this new feature, asking adt to consider
for rtm.

vrfy'd fixed using 2002.05.09 comm trunk bits on linux rh7.2, win2k and mac 10.1.4.
Whiteboard: [verified on trunk]
Please get an nsbeta1+ from the nav-triage team before seeking ADT approval.
Removing adt1.0.0, as this has not been nsbeta1+, nor given an ADT impact by the
Nav triage team. Pls work with the Nav Triage team to get this plussed, and
approved for submission to the 1.0 branch. thanks!
