Steps to reproduce:

I click on text 'Click' in the attached small page:

FireFox: 57.0.1 (64-bit)



Actual results:

It add new row and TD element uses style from TH (has borders)


Expected results:

TD element should not use styles from TH

The test passes if 'border-collapse' is set to 'separate'. I'm adding [BC] to the summary for now.
There may be a duplicate of this bug report... I have not searched yet.

This is a DUPLICATE of Bug 551943. No doubt possible. The description is the same. The test provided is almost the same.

caesar, the important bug report to watch is bug 540256 : this is where the border-collapse bugs should be and will be fixed.
