rs bustage fix
TB saves the day in Bug 1424421. osx64 might still have a problem accoding to comment 10 there.
ewong wrt to the clang manifests. Do we use rust there and/or do we need the clang manifests? They were not updated for some time.

Yeah considering we don't use clang manifests. We only use the releng.manifest.
