We have tests in dom/notification and dom/test/mochitest/notification. All of these should be in dom/notification.

Attachment: Patch 1 (v1) - Move all notification tests to dom/notification

This has already been r+'d by baku in bug 952453, just moving it over here for formality sake.

Missed service worker test updates in bug 1424571. Fixed but rerunning on try first just in case.
