Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to Firefox setting and enable "Offer to Open Copied Links"
2. Background Firefox by tapping the home button 
3. Open Safari and copy a link
4. Background Safari
5. Foreground Firefox

Actual results:
- The "Go to copied link" toast is not displayed. After closing and re-opening Firefox the "Go to copied link" toast will be correctly displayed.

Expected results:
- The "Go to copied link" should be correctly displayed.
