I saw this in a try build here:

Note, not sure if this is related or the cause:

Console message: [JavaScript Error: "The stylesheet https://test2.example.com/browser/devtools/client/styleeditor/test/sheet.css was not loaded because its MIME type, “text/plain”, is not “text/css”." {file: "https://test2.example.com/browser/devtools/client/styleeditor/test/iframe_with_service_worker.html" line: 0}]

I guess that's probably due to the sheet.css being loaded with a 404 instead of from the service worker.

I'm not sure if this is a service worker problem or a devtools problem.  I could not reproduce locally using chaos mode, etc.

Its possible I introduced this somehow in bug 1293277, but this is also a relatively new test.  I'm going to file as an intermittent for now and investigate further if the problem continues.

adjust disabling condition on a CLOSED TREE r=test-only
