142515 - Printing selection prints all pages on one page

If I select some text on that URL and print it, all pages of output is printed
on one page, so that I get several layers of overlapping text. It looks as if
the form feed does not get sent to the printer.

The layout of the page uses a table. Maybe that has something to do with it.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Visit URL.
2. Select the text about "obtaining scarce resources" (from the headline to
"This lesson in one sentence: Don't ignore any tile in this game!"). You have to
scroll down in order to do that.
3. Print selection.

Actual Results:  I get 1 page with 2 pages of text printed one over the other
(see attached PostScript file).

Expected Results:  I get 2 pages with no overlapping.

This makes printing longer selections completely unusable.

Seeing this on trunk and branch.

nsbeta1-. In general, printing the current selection seems to work fine. I tried
several other pages some of which contain tables and others without tables and
they printed correctly using 5/21 branch build on WinXP.

I couldn't reproduce this bug from
<http://apolyton.net/forums/showthread.php?postid=627175#post627175> printing to
.ps, but did see it with
<http://www.aspalliance.com/chrisg/tools/view-db.asp.asp> (from bug 153423). os->all
