Performing a complete install from talkback enabled build of mozilla RC-1
results in corrupted windows and non functioning chatzilla and debugger.
On every mozilla window (including sidebar, javascript console and others )
appears two messages:

Chatzilla and debugger functions are not enabled.
Excluding any of chatzilla and debugger, the related message does not appear.
Excluding both, no message appear.
At least mozilla 0.9.9 have this problem.
Windows 2000 is in italian language.
